Each board features routed perimeter grooves designed to evoke bound pages, finished with precision CNC-engraved spine indexing ("MEAT & FISH", "CHEESE & BREAD", "FRUITS & VEGETABLES") for seamless kitchen organization.

Unlike thin, disposable cutting boards, these surfaces can be sanded smooth and re-oiled years down the road to erase deep knife marks and restore a brand-new finish.

• Architectural Display Stand: Built using traditional box joint joinery for maximum strength and end-grain contrast. Designed with a compact footprint to keep your prep surfaces elevated, dry, and immediately accessible.

• Dedicated Food Prep Profiles: Indexing on the board spines allows you to easily keep raw proteins, baked goods, and fresh produce separated to avoid cross-contamination.

• Perimeter Page Detailing: Precision-routed edge and face profiles mimic the pages of a hardbound book while providing a comfortable hand-hold for lifting and transport.

Care & Maintenance

• Daily Care: Hand wash with warm, soapy water and towel dry immediately. Do not submerge in water or place in a dishwasher.

• Conditioning: Reapply food-safe mineral oil or board butter periodically to maintain the wood’s moisture barrier and natural luster.

• Lifetime Resurfacing Support: Built from extra-thick 1 1/8" solid stock, these boards will outlast standard cutting surfaces. When years of heavy knife work accumulate, you can sand and re-oil them yourself, or bring/ship your set back to our shop for professional resurfacing and refinishing.
