The hallmark of this piece is the continuous grain flow. We hand-select each slab to ensure the natural wood patterns travel uninterrupted from the tabletop down the sides, creating a "visual river" of walnut. Beneath the surface, the miters are reinforced with a hidden internal Domino™ joinery system, ensuring the structure remains rock-solid for generations.
The Finish
Treated with three coats of hand-rubbed Osmo Polyx-Oil Satin, the Avenue Console offers a velvety, durable surface. It celebrates the organic warmth of the timber while resisting the rigors of daily life.

This block represents the pinnacle of the Atelier Series, combining a commanding scale with the refined detail of end-grain walnut and elevated brass hardware. A legacy piece intended to serve for generations.
Crafted in a traditional end-grain orientation, the walnut fibers stand vertically to meet your blade. This "self-healing" design allows the knife to glide between fibers rather than severing them—preserving your edge and ensuring a surface that resists deep scarring. At a substantial 2.25" thickness, it provides a silent, vibration-free foundation for focused tasks, from aromatics and herbs to bar-side service.

Artisan Serving Trays — Black Walnut
Designed for the art of hosting, the Gathering Tray balances traditional furniture-making techniques with a modern, functional silhouette.
Built from solid walnut milled to 5/8", this tray features a traditional floating-bottom construction. By housing the base in a precision-cut dado groove, the wood is free to expand and contract with the seasons—a mark of high-end joinery that prevents the cracking common in mass-market trays. The corners are secured with 4mm Domino joinery, providing both structural integrity and a subtle, architectural detail.
Whether used for grand charcuterie displays, coffee service, or as an ottoman centerpiece, the Gathering Tray brings a sense of occasion to every interaction.
